Claas AQUA NON STOP

We are selling a used but fully functional CLAAS AQUA NON STOP knife sharpening system from the year 2013. The machine was in regular use until the end of 2023 and is now being sold due to the switch to a newer model.

With easy template changes, all common curved knives for loader wagons or balers can be sharpened. The underwater grinding system prevents the knives from overheating and ensures a long service life.

Wet grinding eliminates spark formation and harmful grinding dust.

The knives are precisely guided for a consistent grinding angle. The contact pressure and rotation speed of the grinding wheel can be individually adjusted depending on the wear of the knives.

The machine comes with a spare parts package and five templates for knives from Pöttinger, Strautmann, Claas, and Krone. Under the "PDF" tab, you will find an overview of which knives can be sharpened with the supplied templates. The included templates are marked in red.
