We are selling a slurry logistics chain consisting of two sliderless Reiter transport tanks (20,000 capacity) and a Wittrock GP12 pumping station.
2 x Reiter transport tanker, year of construction: 2012
Sliderless design (particularly easy operation à the risk of operating errors is minimised)
Low empty weight, as no pump technology is installed
External filling via 10-inch docking funnel at the front or dome lid at the top
Emptying via 10-inch docking funnel on top of the drum or lateral outlet slide in the sump (recess at the back of the tank)
1 x hitching via K-80 ball head coupling, 1 x hitching via Piton-fix
Trailer coupling at the rear of the tank to transport two empty tanks or to carry the pumping station behind the tank.
Air brakes
Parabolic suspension with BPW ECO PLUS lorry axles
Truck tyres in size 445/65R22.5
Hydraulic drawbar suspension
The tank is galvanised and repainted. Unfortunately, the yellow colour does not adhere to the galvanised surface.
1 x Wittrock GP 12 slurry pumping station
Yanmar 85 hp diesel superstructure engine (the engine was replaced some time ago and only has a low mileage)
Two Vogelsang 6,000 litre rotary lobe pumps with hydraulic drive
Large tank for separating foreign bodies
Telescopic docking arm 10 inch
Hydraulic drive
Dosing of Piadin and liquid fertiliser into the slurry flow possible
Can be controlled on the machine or by radio remote control
Explanation of the system
The feeder drums have been specially designed for working with the Wittrock GP 12. The pump can be switched on from the tractor using the remote control and the suction arm can be docked without getting off the tractor. As soon as the pressure on the hopper is high enough, the filling process can be started.
Once the desired fill level has been reached in the tank (adjustable via float), the pump automatically stops the filling process and drains the filling line. To do this, a valve in the box in the centre of the tank opens. The suction arm can then be undocked and swivelled up without any major mess.
A further advantage of the system is that the slurry does not foam up when filling via the docking funnel at the bottom - in contrast to filling from above via the dome cover - thus further reducing the risk of overflowing.
