Silage additive pumps for for presses and loader wagons

Silage additives are increasingly being used on modern livestock farms. Unfortunately, only a few machine manufacturers currently offer practical dosing systems directly from the factory. To address this, our workshop team has developed a simple, robust, and durable solution that can be mounted on most machines:

The pump and dosing unit, combined with the stainless steel tank (200 liters), form a compact and robust unit.
The system is securely and conveniently mounted on the machine for easy access.
A large filler neck (2") ensures quick filling of the tank. A transparent hose with a float provides a clear view of the tank's fill level at all times.
On newer machines, signal outputs for external silage additive systems are often pre-installed. This allows the system to be activated and automatically turned on or off via the existing machine controls. The pump starts as soon as the pick-up is lowered and stops when the pick-up is raised.
The application is carried out above the pick-up using two flat-spray nozzles.
The dosage can be adjusted using a dial on the analog control unit in the tractor cab.
A 2" ball valve enables quick and easy draining and cleaning of the system.
